It is a collaborative process between the therapist and the client, during which the client talks with the therapist who helps him/her to identify and work through the factors that may be maintaining or triggering the illness. The main aim is to facilitate the change and improve quality of life, self-growth and self- actualization.
I spend most of my time providing individual psychotherapy. I work with individuals with a number of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, hyperactivity, behavioural problems, longstanding personality and relationship problems, and more.
